Outstanding service. I contacted YPA on the advice of my roofer after my insurance company denied my damage claim. YPA Public Adjusters acted on my behalf to negotiate with the insurance company and was able to get them to agree to cover my claim. I absolutely could not have done this on my own. Jacob, my adjuster knows his stuff and did a fantastic job. He spent several hours inspecting my roof and house for damage and was able to show the insurance company exactly what needed to be repaired. Everyone that I worked with at YPA was courteous, professional and responded quickly to any question that I had. I would highly recommend hiring YPA to help with an insurance claim. I worked with Jacob at YPA. This company really makes it happen for you. My insurance company (Allstate) and their adjustor found 700.00 of damage. YPA found enough damage for full replacement of my roof and gutters. Very professional. Great results! Thank you YPA! Danny Bogart Roofing installed the great looking new roof. I worked with Patrick. He coordinated everything with YPA as well as the garage door company and the fence painters that were a part of the claim. I didn't even realize the fence painting could be part of the claim. YPA Public Adjusters were a blessing to me over the holidays. After the hail storms hit I submitted a claim with my insurance only to have it denied by the adjuster they sent out. I was a little disappointed with the process knowing I had tons of damage. So own told me about YPA and didn’t hesitate to hire them. Jacob my adjuster was very knowledgeable and agreed my roof needed replacement. He was very detailed and noticed my overhead was also damaged. Once YPA got involved everything went smoothly.
