As first time patients, both my wife and I had a wonderful experience at our consecutive appointments. The staff was friendly and helpful. The examinations went smoothly and promptly. Dr. Reppert was very friendly and personable. The exam was thorough and comprehensive, and he gave us great information on future needs as far as testing and solutions to possible outcomes. Overall we were both very pleased, and plan to continue to see Dr. Reppert.

I had been putting off my eye exam for years due to the glaucoma test with the puff of air. Dr Reppert had a different test that could be done, which I was much more comfortable with. I really appreciate him listening to my fear and having an alternative. He also explained results easily. I will definitely return in a more timely manner thanks to Dr Reppert. Note... My rating is for Dr Reppert only. The person that does all the customer care, ordering, etc is nice, friendly and helpful in the store. I give her 3.5-4 stars.. And I hate to rate that low because she really was very nice to deal with after the exam was complete, but I wasted a trip to the store because I was clueless as to what the procedure was when I listened to my voicemail that stated my glasses were ready for pickup. My suggestion for improving customer service is to better explain pick up procedures when completing your order, and again when making the call for pickup. It just takes an extra minute or 2 to tell everyone... Pickup is limited to Tues, Wed, Thurs, and please wait for me to unlock the door when you arrive as I may be helping another customer. This is a safety measure we have in place to deal with covid19. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Dr. Reppert is very professional, knowledgeable, and insightful. I embarrassed myself immensely in front of Dr Reppert when I walked into the room with 2 contacts on 1 eye (long story) and he still remained professional when assisting me with the issue. My appointment was also very quick both times I have gone in which is appreciated! The other staff were just as nice and made my appointments seamless. Will be going back for my next annual if I can muster up the courage to show my face there after my display of ineptitude.
