The two front desk ladies were so sweet, Dan was SUPER cool and helpful with my nightmare tax return for 4 different states. They were all pleasant and cheerful. 10 stars.

Great tax service, but little regard for COVID safety. I was told over the phone I'd only have to drop off my tax folder as a returning customer, but I was asked to sit in the office and fill out several drop-off forms--all while the front desk person was wearing her mask beneath her nose (and, quite frankly, almost beneath her mouth). If those kinds of things do not concern you, then you will at least get solid service.

Beware of Pam Stauffer!! She completely ruined our taxes. She filed them for the wrong year and then tells us there's nothing she can do for us. My boyfriend filed his taxes in January and it is now April. She is unprofessional and incompetent. She didn't have the common decency to own up to her mistake until after the inquiry. It was filed in the wrong years envelope. A blatant, lazy error that a professional tax preparer should know better. Now we have to tackle with the IRS because of her. I don't think we're the only ones either. Not a genuine apology and we're stuck in this mess because of her. No integrity. I will never go to her again. Charging 300-400 to put us through hell. She should be fired!
