Very clean, side ramp for handicap access, change machine, beverage machine, and new *BIG* washers since I was there last and ( 6 load equivalent) 18 minutes and 6.00. Well worth it as our bedding came out very clean. And plenty of parking. Try it there you'll like it. cathy
