DANNY is amazing. A FABULOUS manager. I switched to AT&T recently and my IPhone gives me nothing more than a government phone. I am gonna switch to Verizon. ATT is just awful. Selling me what I don’t need. I can’t access anything. So Monday the change will be made. Danny was so kind and considerate. Spent 32 minutes on the phone understanding my frustration. Wasn’t even in his store. But we have an appt Monday. If all works out I will be Danny’s customer for life. Yes Verizon stores can be crazy. But the kind young man took time out of his Saturday to assure me he will do what he can. So glad the store came to Willow Street. Want to be treated like you as a person matters go to the Cerizon Store at Kendig Square in Willow Street. And believe me I am not one to usually write reviews. Danny was beyond fabulous. God Bless have a great day!!
