Very friendly people. Their rooster koek are huge and delicious! My children enjoyed walking around the animals. It is just what you need on your long journey!

A gem in the Karoo food is prepared fresh every day. The owners are friendly and always in the padsatal. The horses are miniature horses at only 72cm high Rooster koek are absoluut fabuleus on your way don’t give up on stopping bye as it’s absolutely worth it.

An oasis in the middle of the Karoo. Nice food a bit of everything. Good and friendly staff from the local area.

A very nice place to stop and have a HUGE and very tasty roosterkoek and very nice coffee. Small ponies and other animals for children to see and touch. Lulu the parrot loves a scratch. Beautiful stuff to buy!

Such amazing stopover! Really the best Roosterkoek you’ll ever have. *Please be water wise, they don’t have a lot of fresh drinking water! (Donate a 5L of fresh water)

This was like an oasis in the dessert. My daughter was looking for perfect Roosterkoek and found it here. Lovely selection of fillings and delicious coffee. Well worth the stop and the children will love petting the animals. Interesting pigeons
