I was very satisfied with the service Friday. While I have always liked Willowrun, I was impressed with the service. The curbside service was much quicker than going inside. I saw a lot of pets going in and coming out. It was like a well oiled machine, it just seemed to flow flawlessly. I know the techs are exhausted by the end of the day. Keep up the great work.

Great place. My dog Otis has a seizure. I called and they were able to get him in right away. They were very calming and professional. Great place. I plan on taking my other 2 dogs there as well.

We finally stopped moving long enough to establish vet care for our fur babies. We contacted willowrun and bombarded them with 100 questions about price, vaccines, treatment plans, and medication options. The staff was kind, considerate and extremely helpful, more importantly they were patient with me. They answered all my questions and emailed me all the quotes, they even fit my Moose in same day when I called concerned about a non-existent lump . Dr. Hammond, was patient with my screaming kids, let me call my husband to verify said lumps location and returned Moose in one piece, with a clean bill of health. Sometimes it’s worth paying a little extra for the quality of care our Fur family deserves. We have 2 other dogs we will be taking to Willowrun. We’re very happy with the care we got with Moose.
