Its a beautiful setting but they really need money to help with park development. The bathrooms are old and dirty. They could use improved beach parking and some of the park roads need to be made wider with better signage.

What a gem! Beautiful views of Vermont and the green mountains across Champlain.

The beauty of the setting is hard to beat, but we were disappointed with the upkeep of the facilities. One restroom did not work, the other was so dirty my grandson wouldn't use it. There was also a lot of litter on the sandbar. There were two life guard doing nothing as there was no one at the beach. I don't know why they couldn't do basic cleanup during their down time.

Nice little beach area. It was overcast that day but otherwise warm and enjoyable. Next year we will definitely make more use of it.
