Purchased carabiners. They came without original packing and defect on one of them. Replacement was rejected by Para-Zone. I would avoid dealing with them in the feature. Poor service, rude answers.

Purchased 2 carabiners, Box arrived damaged only 1 carabiner was inside... DHL fault not Parazone... Contacted Parazone, it has been 4 days, no reply. i have called, they do not pick up the phone. I need the carabiner asap. Parazone do not care, and do not reply to emails. I have started a paypal claim, lets see if this gets them into gear. So far very dissapointed. Update: They have replied to paypal, but not to their customers. WOW. waiting for paypal to make a decision. Update :Dispute has been settled, thankyou Paypal. Whatever excuses parazone have made, there is no excuse for not contacting me through email, not even once. PATHETIC UPDATE FINAL: To lay blame to the customer for your companies shortcomings is PATHETIC. A simple email to myself, even a phone call which you had on file, would have ended paypal claim and sorted it all out. Stop making excuses .
