The supervisor Latrice was rude to me from the beginning, I truly felt like I was discriminated against. She was very friendly with every other person except me. She took on a very biased belligerent and biased approach towards me. I didn't appreciate her attitude and will never return to this location. Don't waste your time the SKOKIE location is much friendlier.

Waited in line for 45 minutes for them to tell me they have no idea where my package is. They refused delivery and are requiring a signature 21 on literally a 1x1x6 piece of stainless steel.... the pony express was probably more reliable in the Wild Wild West then this.

As a Business Owner-Operator who sends / receives daily Shipments (I also have FedEx/UPS/DHL/TNT accounts, constantly handling int’l - complex logistics), this Wilmette USPS location consistently surpasses other USPS Stations’ performance & service. They go above & beyond, they’re terrific. Thank you!

I waited 2 months for an appointment to apply for a passport. I was rudely turned away because I did not have my marriage license. WhenI returned with the license they said it was too late in the day (they were closing in 2 hours). I drove 20 minutes to Niles because they take walk ins. Turns out I did not need a marriage license, and the whole process took about 5 minutes. Skip Wilmette and go to Niles!

Horrible post office! Our mail never gets delivered or picked up. When we call to complain, they lie to us and tell us it'll be here and the mailman is just running late. So much of the time the mailmen are too busy talking (very loudly) oh their phones and not paying attention to their jobs. It's been more months than I can remember since our mail was delivered on all 6 days of the work week.

Somehow hidden on Google map, but actually a good location.
