I was looking for a good meal and found one at the Wilmette Chop House. I ordered the tenderloin steak with garlic butter and it had a perfect combination of flavor and texture. The service was good and the cheesecake dessert was delectable. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice dining experience.

From being greeted by a friendly hostess, to the most engaging server in "Q," we had a wonderful dining experience. The food was supurb; we give Wilmette Chop House our highest recommendation. None better, well done.

Dinner was spectacular. The grilled octopus appetizer was extremely flavorful. My Black Angus rib eye was done to perfection and the grilled asparagus was done just enough. The Smith & Hook Cabernet Sauvignon the chef recommended was very good. I capped it off with the flourless chocolate cake with Homer's peppermint stick ice cream and a black coffee. I will definitely be back the next time I am in North Eastern Chicago.

Local new owner Lawrence made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The food was delicious. One of us had the Veal Chop and said it was the best ever. My Ribeye steak was outstanding, and the cheescake that we didn't resist was excellent. Another delicious Wilmette restaurant, and we look forward to dine there again.
