So I’ve had 2 separate occasions with this facility. I drove my wife there when she could of possibly had Covid from her employer/employees. The second time was with my daughter and mama bear and honestly it was a pain free, facility is clean my girlfriend said she just was right in and out pretty quick. Looking from the outside in to me personally it was easy and not too long of a wait even with the Parking Lot Filled with cars who seemed to be there to be seen ... So I’ve been in way way slower and not as clean and kinda messy building ..

Amazing staff, very caring, courteous, polite and aim to please. Did Covid test Sunday got it back Monday. Would go there in the future for other needs. Owners also work there and dedication to patient care is awesome

I've been here twice for minor medical issues with my kids. All of the staff members were friendly and professional. We were seen quickly and got great service. Highly recommend.

My brothers and I went in for a covid test. Took about 30 minutes to log in and have an appointment made to get tested. While signing in, we gave our insurance and contact information. We asked if this was free, and the receptionist said yes, it was. We were met with a wonderful woman who took care of us and administered the covid test. Another doctor came in afterwards telling us we would recieve results in 2 or 3 days, which we did. Satisfied wjth the customer care but later were billed OVER 100 DOLLARS for a simple covid test. Apparently we had signed up to become a new patient, which wasn't our intention, but the receptionist did not clarify this, just told us to sign in and took us through that process as an only option it appeared. On top of that, when we specifically asked about the cost, she told is it would not cost anything YET we were still billed in the mail for over 100, each. I will not go back here reguardless of the good customer service. All I wanted was a walk in covid test, not to sign up as an entire new patient. Which, by the way, I did recently and they had no additional charge for ew patient fee\, I simply gave some of my information over the phone and that was it. UPDATE: This issue has been resolved and it looks like our insurance covered all fees. Still and unnecessary process and confusing billing, but good experience overall

Professional friendly staff in the office! The NP was knowledgeable and explained everything so well. The office is very clean and uses top notch Covid precautions. I will return back!!
