I was an ideal image customer before they changed ownership and can say that revival offers much better /fair prices for the same services. Staff is super friendly and I always get in and out quickly for my appointments. Their new office space is Super clean and cute too. I think they were going through a rough time when they transitioned from ideal image to revival and then covid hit and they moved buildings. For everything that was going on during that time they did a great job rescheduling all their patients. I would definitely recommend revival!

I wish I could give 20 STARS! Cutting edge treatments, the most advanced technology on the market.. They only have Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants performing their treatments... I am confident that they always have my best interest at heart. I actually wanted to get a specific treatment.. and they explained that I would not achieve my goal. and recommended that I did not move forward with treatment... What business do you know that is truly honest enough to decline treating a patient or turn down the opportunity to make money! Any other practice would have said.. Oh Yes.. took my money and then dealt with the consequence.. Not REVIVAL! I know that I am in great hands! Thank you Revival for always going above and beyond for me!

After a long anticipated wait to get treated due to covid I can definitely say revival took amazing care of me. Totally professional warm and welcoming staff that clearly cares more about guest relations rather than quick cash. I'm only a week into my first treatment and am already seeing amazing results. I cant stress enough how great these ladies are. Thank you guys a ton

Such a relaxing and welcoming place! All of the staff were amazing!! Andrea did my Dysport and took all of my concerns seriously and was super professional! Everyone treats you like family and wants you to feel your best! Other places I’ve gone felt more like a detached doctors offices but Revival gives you personal attention from the minute you walk in! They have drinks and snacks and a pretty lounge that relaxes you from the start! I will definitely recommend Revival to anyone asking! And I will definitely be back for more!!

Do not recommend! Their customer service has been disgraceful. After the initial visit a two week follow up was scheduled. Unfortunately this occurred during their transition time to a new facility. Even still, I was contacted less than three hours (6:30a.m.)via text to cancel my appointment and promised a reschedule call before the end of the day. No reschedule was made that day and I texted them to let them know. I received a response the following day with an apology and another promise to rescheduled before the end of the day. No call was received that day either. 3 days later, On Tuesday, May 11, I made a call a week from my cancelled follow up to the office and got their answering machine. I requested a call to reschedule my follow up appointment. I have heard nothing from them. My follow up appointment was suppose to be on March 4 (1.5 weeks ago). Service was incomplete as my technician was to correct/update any areas lacking at the follow up appointment. Ours bodies are worth more than this, ladies. Find someone that treats you like this ️. Will NOT go back.

AMAZING TEAM! BEAUTIFUL LOCATION!!!!!!! I would not go anywhere else!!!!!! Seems to me that someone is writing fake reviews!!! Let's Support Each Other.. and Lift Each Other Up! Jealousy is so not nice people! I have been treated at several other practices in town and I can PROMISE YOU hands down REVIVAL is the ABSOLUTE BEST!
