We had a wonderful experience at Wilmington Surgcare. They were so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. All the nurses were amazing with my little 3 year old and made her minor surgery a breeze. A very special Thank You to Ms. Sue for her incredible kindness. 100% recommend.

I had surgery here and the staff was fantastic! From the lady's at the front counter, billing and singing, to the staff and doctors in the back it was top notch. Thank you for making us feel at ease and not rushed! Bob Trombley

My son had a myringotomy/tympanostomy (tubes inserted into his ears) today. The morning of 12/03/2020. He's 12 months old and afraid of people in scrubs. He doesn't even want them near him. But they did amazing with him. I knew they would probably have to carry him off screaming but he didn't even cry (while I could hear him anyway) when the CRNA carried him away. The day was such a rush of signing papers and distracting my son that I don't remember any names. The covid screeners, reception, Dr. Von Biberstein and her team, and all our nurses were amazing. A baby having surgery is such a stressful thing. They really helped ease our stress. I'm happy with everything about our visit and procedure. Thanks for everything.

I’m writing this before any procedure or even prep. It’s about 7:00 p.m. the night before sinus surgery scheduled here. NOT ONE PERSON HAS CALLED WITH A TIME. NO ONE ANSWERS PHONES. YET THEY CALLED TWICE TO REMIND ME TO BRING MONEY! I’ve jumped through every hoop. COVID test, blood work, 2 CT scans. Everything. This does not bode well.

My son, Liam, had his 3rd set of tubes put in today and I just want to say thank you so much to the whole staff!! So polite and patient!! To the lady who did our covid screening outside, to the lady who did our paperwork, to the nurse who took us back for prepping, Dr Zwack and his team, to the recovery nurses. I wish I could remember everyone's individual names but the whole staff that was working the morning shift on Oct. 30, 2020.....thank you so much!!
