I purchased a Lincoln SUV from the Wilson, NC location......the car was cheap, it was well taken care of and ran great! Wayne was awesome in making the sale as I had to do the layaway plan. I loved the car, sad to say that my husband was in an accident not long after purchasing the car and totaled it before we could make the first payment. My insurance had to pay the car off, all I can do is pray that they allow me to purchase another car from them because they are great people!!!!

Do NOT purchase a vehicle from these crooks. Payment due the 19th of December, today is the 18th and they picked up the vehicle. They said we were 29 days late, total B.S. We have always made our payment. My husband was working and had to end his day with a repo that shouldn't even occurred. We went to the office last month and paid with cash, but we DID get a receipt. Not sure what they have going on at TERRIC RIDE AKA CHEAP CARS, but they will soon be speaking with an attorney. Receipts don't lie like those crooks do.DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!!! Also...in order to get the vehicle back, they want the car paid off!!! They are nothing less than a group of scumbag, cons!

98% of our vehicles are salvage title and have been in wrecks and fixed.\ Exact quote from salesman Wayne. Of course he said this after he profiled me and my partner in a manner to discourage us from viewing one of their nicer vehicles. So if you’re up for being judged and looking through salvage vehicles, this is your place. If not, search for cars elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever! Due to the memorial day holiday my insurance payment was late getting to my insurance company therefore resulting in a lapse in my coverage for two days. My insurance company made it right but Cheap Ride still insisted on Repossessing my truck and charging me 350 fee. My insurance Company even called them explaining to them what happened and said there was no lapse in coverage and it was reinstated but there was no reasoning with them they would not return my truck until I paid them 350 which I think is absolutely ridiculous. I'm a business owner and would never treat my customers the way they treated me. If I didn't have so much money already invested in my truck I would've told him where to shove it. I will walk before I would ever buy another vehicle from this place.
