Attended FastMed for what I thought was a common cold but turned out to be covid-19. Got a immediate service, was in and out of there in no time. The staff was courteous and professional. If you have a medical condition or just need to get a physical or even a drug test I highly recommend FastMed!!!

While visiting family in North Carolina, I unfortunately experienced symptoms that prompted my visit to FastMed (Wilson, North Carolina location). I merely chose this location due to the aesthetics. The facility appears to be recently developed; as the other locations that my insurance provider shared, aesthetically looked sketchy. I was happy to learn that the staffers were taking necessary precautions given these unprecedented times; you go through the standard patient intake process but then you wait in your car until it is your time to be seen. The wait time was a little longer than anticipated and it appeared that the order of patients being called were randomly a little out of order based upon arrival times. Not 100% certain what that was about. Once called to be seen, it was seamless from that point forward. The medical staff was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. I would recommend this location for your medical attention.

Terrible experience! The staff who I encountered that day were extremely rude and unprofessional. The nurse who took my symptoms kept questioning my symptoms (as if I wasn't the one experiencing them) and made it very clearly she was not concerned with my well-being. She did not pass on any of the information I gave her to the doctor. The doctor came in with his mask below his chin (not covering his face), and was coughing all over the place. I explained that I had swollen lymph nodes and he didn't even bother to check them until I asked him to as he was walking out the door. He saw me for probably a total of 3 minutes. I got more information from doing research online. This was a complete waste of time and just a bad reflection of the state of the medical industry. It was an obvious display of overall lack of care for human health and well-being.

We've been seen here several times by a couple different providers and have been satisfied each time. Keep in mind, it is cold/flu/COVID season and the wait may be long, but we have not felt rushed in our care. The providers and staff are friendly and professional. Patience is a virtue if you need their services, but this is going to be the case anywhere you go right now.
