Steven gives exceptional service and goes above and beyond to meet your insurance needs! Not only has he found the best rates and coverage for our business, but he goes above and beyond to help us with any aspect involving our insurance needs. We had a car hit our work vehicle and their insurance took their time paying for our repairs. Steven worked hard to get their insurance to pay us. I am certain that we would still have not received payment had Steven not stepped in and used his resources. I am so thankful for Wilson Group Insurance and their top notch service! Steven is a/my insurance Super Hero! I have all of my different insurance policy needed to run my business through Steven. He worked hard to be certain that I received the best rates for every policy and continuously “shops” rates to assure that I keep the best rates. He does this without me asking. He is extremely professional, detailed, always answers my calls/emails/questions I have immediately(same day, typically within the hour) and truly never stops working to insure that my business and myself are completely covered! Had one unfortunate incident occur at my business, I called Steven and he arrived in person in a matter of minutes to handle everything and guided me through the steps/process I needed to complete. We had no idea what we needed. Steven Wilson showed us the vehicle insurance coverage we had was nothing close to what we should have. I was shocked at the knowledge he has and couldn't believe our Insurance didn't care to explain what coverages were missing.
