Mr.Ken and Lisa really made me feel like I was a very valuable customer. They went out of their way to see that I got a loaner almost equivalent to my 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe. They made sure my Tahoe was properly serviced and I really appreciate that.

After a particular difficulty with a procedure to my car; Mr.Jared Mosley, the General Manager immediately stepped in, took control of the matter, and quickly resolved the situation with a level of class, dedication, and honesty that I have seldom experienced. His concern for the customer is real, and he is devout in his promise to offer the best customer care for all consumers, and service to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction. I salute Mr. Mosley, and I am most grateful that men like this still walk among us.

Calvin Barnes was great. Let us take our time looking without being pushy at all. Our only complaint is we didn’t get an owner’s manual and when we called back there wasn’t one in the dealership. They had to order one and will send to us. Otherwise I will be back in the spring looking to replace my Acadia.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The service department has the worst customer service. Took my vehicle for an oil change got it back an hour and half late after my vehicle had been there since the morning. Picked up my vehicle only to end up on the side of the road from it over heating. I didn't have this problem before I took it to them. They checked it and came back and said they didn't find a problem. Took it home a week later same thing. Took it back same thing they didn't see a problem. Lisa was the one that handled my vehicle all three times. She was the rudest unprofessional person I have dealt with. Never got a call about the status of my vehicle and when I finally got a call after leaving several messages she was rude. I felt like my vehicle was not even being checked. Just over all worst experience I have had with a dealership. Will never go back even if I paid for free oil changes. I went to the dodge dealerships in rocky mount and they found the problem in a hour and they had the best customer service. They had my vehicle fixed the same day with no problem and even earlier then expected.

I recommend you throughly look over your paper work before signing any paperwork. Me and my wife purchase a vehicle and ask for gap insurance. My wife totaled the vehicle and we where under the assumption gap would cover what our insurance would not. Come to find out they did not put our information in right so we where left with the remaining balance. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.
