Terrible service by sales manager. I received the Internet price, went and test drove the vehicle but didn’t buy that day. After checking with other dealerships on their prices I called my salesman at Hubert Vester and asked for their best price. They changed the Internet price to a higher price. Sales rep said I had to sit across from the sales manager to get the Internet price offer, not over the phone. Low balled by 2,000.00 the trade-in value of my car. Super slow to give me their “best deal” offer, literally hours after I contacted my sales rep 3 times and then it was the worst offer among 4 dealers I spoke with. Unless you’re ready to overpay for a new Honda, steer clear.
