I am super pleased with the quality and price of the car that I bought. The financing was better than most other dealers. The first offer of a car was not too good but they would not stop until I was found a good deal. Turned out a great deal! I recommend highly this dealership. Only problem was that they advertised on their website to "Pick you up to get your car". That was not true. If not for that problem, I would have given them 5 Stars. If you want a great deal with fast professional service--GO THERE.

My car that I had bought from the Danville, Va location had broken down in Wilson. I called Auto Connection that by chance they would have a dealership somewhere near by that would have a service department that could possibly help. Well luck would have it that there was a dealership in Wilson. I called and the service manager was very helpful. Once I got the car to the shop the employees were nothing but wonderful. A special high five to Ken ( I am not sure about that name) Daniel, Mike and the young man that took me to the Rite Aide so I could get a money order. Daniel gave me a ride to the hotel after I got the car to them. They were fast and efficient and always kind and considerate. If there was ever a place to HAVE to get my car fixed this was the place. Even when I couldn't afford the cost of totally fixing what was wrong with the car, the manager worked with me and made it possible. Considering I was from out of town and they did so much to help me out I had to write. The best experience ever having my car fixed. Just wanted to say thanks an it was most appreciated.
And as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted I was asked how could I be helped and the paperwork to exactly 30 minutes or less and I was told what I was able to purchase at that time it was up to me if I wanted to pick those calls out for myself I know what I was looking for and my credit was not the best credit and I'm proud to say that I was able to purchase a car in times like this with such respectable staff and then do not belittle you I called back to tell them about the problems are found with my car they made an appointment and the payments is not like I brought the car today and I got to make a payment in two weeks I mean it gives me time to get ahead on my car payment or get ahead on other areas before I begin my car payment so you can't complain too much when they helping you the most they helping you out and you cannot complain when your credit is bad and this give me a chance to get my credit back up on the track again so I want to say thank you wish they was closer
I want to thank Auto Connection for my new car. I was in a bad car wreck and feeling as if i would never get another car. I went to them and they worked with me to get a great car for me, that was in my budget and the car payments aren't bad either. Thank you Auto Connection :)
I loved the fact that they will help you out & work with you to settle a great deal on gettin a vehicle in your budget. I would recommend anyone including family & friends to come here to purchase a vehicle.
Buyer beware! This company is targeting minorities with bad or no credit. The vehicles on the lot are listed way above nada, black book, or Kelly blue book pricing! Do your research before you get ripped off! This has to be illegal to intentionally over charge just because these people don't have good credit. I offered cash.....they didn't want to deal.
