Best DD in the area! Maybe, even all areas!!! (Only once, by the coast, did that guy a l m o s t get it as well!) The coffee tastes fresh, and always like you like it, with an upbeat crew at the helm. If you've been to others, you will \viva la difference.\ It's a trek out of town- wave to the nice state trooper in the truck lot as you zoom by looking forward to a really great coffee and sandwich from people who know how to do what they're doing and smile at you, too!

I especially like this place in comparison to the others I have visited. They're fast and efficient. The other DD's that I have been to make mistakes often, but not here . The Wilton DD has never made a mistake when servicing me while the others make it a habit. The place is even set up better than most. The help is exceptional, polite, prompt and they know you from your voice. Give this place a huge thumbs up and rate it a 7 if I could. Once you've been a couple times you'll wish they all were the quality of this one. Unfortunately they are not!
Staff could be nicer and look like they actually enjoy their job. Could do with less gossip and more waiting on customers.

I've been coming to this location for over a year now. This group of employees are some of the best I've ever seen. They are kind, they listen, and they make you feel welcomed. Very, very few mistakes. And the rare occasion, they are more than happy to fix it. Again, extremely rare. I used to go to a different location and they were rude, didn't listen and pretty much treated you like you were just money. I highly recommend going to this Dunkins. Well run, very clean, fast and again, extremely friendly.
