These classes have been everything for me. From leaving weightlifting in the gym and feeling a bit lost and unmotivated, I've learnt to enjoy exercising again! I've maintained weight and continued building muscle and strength through learning new skills and with a great group of people too. Paul is always friendly and professional in teaching us his vast knowledge and nothing is too much to ask. Always helping on form and putting his everything into every class it's no surprise the classes are more popular every week! Love it and so thankful I came across Defence Lab! 100% recommend to anyone.
