Very responsive through email. When I got there it was a man in his garage with a measuring tape around his neck. When I explained what I wanted he didn't know what to do and then asked me to change into my garment to see what to do. I left. Very shady and unprofessional. No thank you.

When I called she was nice but when I got there she was standing outside of her garage, not even inside. When I showed her my blouse, she sounded like she was not sure what to do, finally, she left me there and ran inside to get a measuring tape?? For the record, I was wearing my mask. Thanks but no thanks.\u200d️
