Oil change
Made an appointment a week in advance, showed up early to drop my car and keys and contact info day of appt. No call back day of appointment. Called the next morning to see if our car was finished and same guy I dropped my contact information off with asked me if I was the one that missed my appointment. I showed up an hour later to pick up my keys and the work was still not being done. So our car sat there all night and no one even bothered to touch it nor would the manager even assist in the situation or my frustration. Incredible.

Don't waste your time there is always a 3-hour wait.
I went for an oil change and they didn't vacuum the car or clean the winshield, supposedly because of covid. They charged me the same price for less services.

Never again. Bought tires in Kentucky and moved to Florida. Have a bad tire. Wires coming out. Paid for road hazard on tires that I bought less than 14 months ago and have put no where near the miles on them theyre supposed to be good for. First, they say the system doesnt reflect that I paid for road hazard...try again because I have my receipt. Then they say that road hazard wont cover it because its caused by an alignmnet issue. And then if they do cover it because of the wear on the tires...not the mileage, we would have to pay all but 8 for them to be replaced. Any way to screw the consumer over...that is what they were looking for.
Took a while, but they didn't charge me for an air filter because I didn't need it . Great work lube staff
Great experience with a team of friendly professionals . Recently needed to get a tire fixed before him long trip. Every aspect of the experience is top-notch from the initial phone call through check-in, service, and check out. As the point of sale Lou was friendly and helpful in all areas. She even checked to make sure the the wait area was comfortable for me. Every time I've dealt with this store they've been great to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone.
Had a oil change on our 2001 Quest with 170K miles on it. Arrived at just the right time was out within 1hour , So! no complaints/whining from me
