I decided to sign up after watching my kids have such a good time. Great opportunity to join them as the class is set up well to train students of all ages. It helps build self confidence, awareness, agility and fitness. They teach you skills progressively and pair you with people of your height and skill. The teachers are super and really mix the class up to keep it interesting and challenging. Highly recommended.
