The best car buying experience EVER! Tiffany Freeman & George were amazing from the get go! NO high pressure sales tactics. NO bait & switch. Just good pricing & great staff. We drove over an hour to Braun & it was worth it. Braun will definitely be our 1st stop for our next vehicle. Tiffany & George stayed over an hour after closing to accommodate us. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would. Mike Jordan is by far the best person to buy a car from I have ever met. I don't use the term, \Sales Person\ on purpose. Because he is not going to try and \Sell\ you like every other dealer out there. He will do what it takes to EARN your business, your respect, and your friendship. I have purchased two cars from him just this year. Believe him when he says to contact him if you need anything. He isn't just saying it, he stands by it and backs up his words with his actions. I won't get into the details of my personal situation, but when I needed him, all I had to do was call, and he went to work for me immediately. By the next morning, I was completely astonished. My problem I had with my vehicle, (that had nothing to do with the dealership) was resolved far beyond what I had imagined could be done. I drive over an hour to do business with Mike and Braun Chrysler, but I would drive 12 hours if I lived further away. No one will work harder to Earn your lifetime business than Mike and Braun Chrysler Jeep, Dodge. Do yourself a favor. Call Michael Jordan at Braun. I will never buy another Jeep or Dodge from anyone else. He has earned my Lifetime business.
Drove down from Michigan to buy a used Ram truck. Their prices were better than anyone in Michigan. Our salesperson Tiffany was wonderful. Great service, no pressure sale. Would recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy.
