Nothing to do with their products or services, but be aware that apparently their reception doesn't have CCTV, so if you're asked to send something there, read my review on Trustpilot. Transcript here: My parcel sent through Hermes, was open, the content stolen, then re-sealed and delivered. Hermes blamed the receptionist at the delivery address. The receptionist and the recipient blamed Hermes. The matter of fact is that I was deprived of an item worth 47.50, Hermes referred me to their associates at inpost, the recipient and the receptionist washed their hands off it. So I searched online: \Hermes stolen content\ and found that by pure coincidence, many people are in my same situation. I trust that the poor guys at Hermes are the victims of a conspiracy. Anyhow, post office is only 30p more for a parcel, so I will use them from now on to avoid being part of the conspiracy. In any case, poor response from Hermes.
