Went in to get some fish today. They had a very good selection of fish and I was able to find what I was looking for. Employee was very outgoing and we had a good conversation. However I'm giving this business 3 stars because NO EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING ANY TYPE OF MASKS! All the customers I saw in the store were wearing one, but absolutely none of the employees were. Im angered and disgusted to see a business openly violate covid regulations, and sad cause it's a very nice store to buy fish from.

When I walked in I was amazed. I immediately fell in love with the atmosphere. I was helped by Brandon. He is was very nice and walked with me to show me what I was looking for and asked if I had any questions. He was able to answer ALL of my questions. I would recommend asking for Brandon. He will male sure you are buying what's best for your pet. I will definitely be going back.

What a lovely place! Excellent service! I would recommend it over ANY pet store I've ever been. It's much better than the chain stores both in service, knowledgeable staff, prices, pet and supply variety and the amount of pets and supplies they have. I really appreciate their knowledge about the animals and how theyaren't overbearing in their wish to help. It's such a lovely shop to go into with the most beautiful animals you could ever imagine! Would highly recommend if you would like to buy a small mammal, reptile, or fish. Their prices are also very reasonable and fair. Go to Winchester Pet and Aquarium and you wil be very pleased!!

Today was my first visit and I was surprised that only the young woman was wearing a mask while two male employees were not. The young woman was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the small fish I wanted to add to my pond. Thank goodness she reminded me to get fish food. Hopefully these little guys will feel at home under the lily pads. I really wanted to give three stars for not having masks on but the lady was so nice and I didn’t have to get near those men so it worked out.
