Terrible service. Not answering phones not responding to messages left. Getting paid for doing nothing. It's a letter from HCC CCT. My Client has been trying to pay this for months and we constantly get a recorded message. Why are they not taking calls and yet quick enough to send out debt letters. All these numbers and the website is exhausting. Tried paying it online and it failed. Wasted half a day doing this every time. Taking time off other Clients. They are supposed to do this as a DD....it's a joke...

Absolutely useless. Never answer the phone. Called 20 times and every time was put on hold for 30 mins and the line just cut off. You would think they’d make some effort for people who are paying their council tax and are keeping them operating. 0/0. I would not bother with these people. They do not care for anyone.
Absolutely dreadful special needs department. I had so many problems. I wrote to the chief official and he wouldn’t reply to my letter. How disgusting. As a public servant you should always acknowledge. A waste of tax payers money. The staff should have pay cuts and demotions.
Absolutely useless, I pay nearly 5000 per year in council tax, the local tip is fully booked untill the end of the month and HCC say they cant answer the telephone at this time.
