This is an awesome company. As in any job, your experience is what you make of it. You get out of it what you put in. I was always treated fairly and with respect. And felt like I was valued. It is still driving a truck, and that comes with it’s own set of challenges. But, that being said, I have a lot of respect for the owner, management and dispatch.
One of their employees talked about running over people with his truck. Very scary. When I approached the company about my concerns they blew me off completely.
Excellent company to work for, they treat their employees fairly and they are home on weekends.
