The care you get once you get to the doctor is great, however, most of the time the wait is very long. It’s nearly impossible to get an answer on the phone and you can’t leave a voicemail because it’s always full. I had an appointment at 9am this morning and left around 9:10 because the office was closed/locked, no one was there, and the phone wasn’t working.

No front staff, no way to contact the office, the would not see me after tr first visit sayin I owed 364.00 because of my insurance when she showed me the paperwork it said that she charged outside the neogorated insurance rate With our prescription we can eat a 90 day supply but instead she has my wife come in every month and does blood work and charges the insurance company 1150 and how come when we reach maximum out of pocket she is still wanting a copay? And I have noticed when we pay the recipe says Brown Famil Medicine but bills it to the insurance in a different name
Rude stuff no front in staff. Don't pick phones up . Walgreens call the doctor office 4 times to call my meds in the office would never answes them .don't go there
Usually there is almost a 4 hr wait. You can NEVER get anyone to pick up the phone. I just called up there and the rude witch that picked up the phone after i tried 6 times ignored everything i said, blew me off an hung up. Our whole family goes there and some friends. You need friendly employess with a good attitude workin there or you will start losing patients.
My Dr patient heppa law was broken! My records was disused with joy bishop Gina her her nurse tampered with my urine test by putting my urine in a cup not the right cup then went to back and poured it in correct container. I feel violated and betrayed I have filed a lawsuit to fix this situation also joy bishop sells her pills and tells Dr Brown it me that is doing it . I'm very disappointed in her actions. I've called numerous times to talk and not once has she called me back I've spoken with other Dr's and they said its against the law
