I have known Michael Kovack / Kovack Mechanical for quite a few years and not only do I trust him with my personal HVAC needs, I’m proud to refer him to all friends, family and clients! He is a wonderful person and treats his customers like family. Highly recommend!

Edit: Faulty wiring for the unit was addressed. The unit is still not working and the pan is full of water. If it were just some object under the unit it doesn’t seem like this would happen. I would expect a company that advertised 24-hour service might be available on Sunday. A different company came to fix the unit... it was not installed level! This fixed everything except, of course, the damage left to our house from the improper installation. Kovack refuses to help with any damage since we left an honest review. We were told several times by text that a negative review effects how he treats customers. Email me for a screenshot. Our new installation did not have proper drainage configured and it is destroying our house! There is no answer at the \24-hour\ number. Photos are of current damage which is right beside the unit. I have additional photos showing the underside of a dry roof (all across the house) and photos of the drip pan overflowing with water, and additional damage to the flooring in the attic.

I had a great experience with Kovack. They really seem to care about their customers. I have and will continue to recommend them. They listened to my concerns and addressed each one, and gave me a variety of options that would best fit my situation. Scott was who assisted me. He was really personable and not at all pushy. I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me at any point. I had several estimates from different companies, they were the best choice. If you need service or a system replacement like me, I would highly recommend giving them a chance to get your business.

When my A/C unit went out, I called a well known local company for service. I was disappointed with their quote just to come out and diagnose the problem. So, I took a closer look at reviews, and called Kovack Mechanical. His quote was very reasonable. He came out, diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. We discussed repair or replace. I had numerous questions. He was very professional, and never pressured me to replace. He completed the repair, and I had a quote for a new system, when I was ready. I know my R-22 units(2) won't last forever. And, when they go (or maybe sooner), I'm going to call Mike. Oh, by the way, the total for the repair was very reasonable. . .Thanks, Mike.

A major heater of our church facilities stopped working properly. I called Kovac Mechanical approximately 8:30 the next morning, and by about 10:00 the Kovac technician was on the premises! In about an hour the technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it. What incredible service! Kovac has provided our church prompt and efficient service as long as we have used them.
