Came in to get a vape to help kick my smoking habit. Found a nice vape at a reasonable price. Almost didn't wanna leave due to the amusing merchandise! The store was decorated well and I couldn't help my eyes from wondering, wanting to check everything out. Lol Ben, who was working when I came in was very friendly, polite and down to earth; yet professional. I came back about a half hour later due to my glass being cracked on my vape when i opened it. He replaced it with no problem, he also helped me to set it and gave me some tips on vaping and the product I purchased. Definitely recommend this place! Go in and check it out even if your just want to browse. Its worth it! #keeponvaping

I think this place is AWESOME. With every purchase, I earn in store credit. I appreciate this feature. The manager Dave, is so down to earth, he listens, understand, and reaches out to help find what I'm looking for. A great person. Greets me everytime I walk in the door like I was a friend. The other 3 employees, are just like Dave!!! They all make me smile. I can't imagine that you won't find what your looking for in this store. It's always clean . I highly recommend this store to my friends and family.

I visited this store today for the first time and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The amount of items and the variety they have is amazing! AP helped me while I was there and his customer service was beyond amazing. So helpful, nice, and patient.

Went in a little over a week ago for a new mod, the woman I spoke with gave me a few suggestions and I went with the higher quality of what she had suggested. Now my mod is either not discharging when I try to take a hit, or it continues to discharge for an additional 3-6 seconds, overheating the coil and causing excess juice to gather in the spout. I went to the shop and the manager was polite, and even gave me a new pod for free and told me to come back if it doesn’t work. Well I had the same problem and now he has informed me that my options are to take the loss and buy a new one or contact Smok for a replacement. In the meantime my nicotine addiction should just subside. 3 stars because he was politely, no help at all.
