Jordan who was assisting me was awesome . What a great shopping experience . He was very knowledgeable and advised me on how to save me tons of money . I can definitely highly recommend this store . There’s hardly any wait and just terrific customer experience ! Go see Jordan ! The manager , Kris, is also terrific ! Great team they got there !

Rachel is so helpful and kind. I came in recently for a new phone and she was so kind as well as time efficient. I was confused on some things just because I’m 19 and it was my first time buying my own phone and she made the process just so much easier. I like to think I made a new friend and will be back for her service soon️

First off, they don’t think they are “AT&T”. They say they are privately owned and I need to go to corporate to return an iPhone I purchased online from AT&T. However their own website states you can bring this new phone to ANY AT&T store. I guess all except this one. Not even sure they want to work at all. Store was EMPTY. But they rather just chill and not help.

When I went in Courtney and Ashlee were both extremely welcoming! Ashlee was very attentive and helped me quickly with everything I needed. Best AT&T experience by far!

Only one customer representative in store. I waited 45 minutes. She still had not finished with the one customer. As an AT&T retiree, this is disappointing and unacceptable coverage. It is no wonder AT&T is loosing market share. I have been using AT&T as my communications company for 55 yrs. Guess it's time to find another carrier.
