At one time this was a fabulous gym. It has gone way down hill. For over a month they have not had light in the fitness class room. They cancel classes all the time without telling clients ( not putting it on the app) It is clean and could be an outstanding gym. I wish it could go back to whatit was years ago.

This could be one of poorest managed gyms in the country and they charge a premium for being a supposed “signature club”. La fitness national franchising should visit this club and be appalled. I am not one to complain but today compelled me to leave a review. The person who was I charge of opening the gym “lost” the key and no one as of now is able to use the gym. Here is the biggest complaints I have about this gym. To be honest I would go somewhere else if this wasn’t by my home. 1. Front counter people poorly trained and look genuinely unhappy. Never smile and seem to hate their jobs. 2. Men’s bathroom is disgusting. Never clean and often the paper towels and toilet paper are not replaced. 3. Shady sales techniques. My family and I have not been a victim of this but two separate families we know have been. They hard sell training and use deception to enter you into a contract. These two families have left the gym. 4. Towel services now an extra charge. This is supposed to be included in “signature” club premium 5. Terrible hours. Opening at 8am Saturday and Sunday is not acceptable for a premium gym. I have another friend that has written corporate about these same issues a few years back and nothing has changed. I hope this review is a wake up call for the management team and or prospective members. This gym has great equipment and lots of potential but is a dismal membership experience.
Clean place machines up to date and good location and car is in a safe zone to park your car. Publix next door, and shopping plaza as well if need of workout gear.
Signature location that doesn't say Signature on the signage anywhere! Then when you get there, no employees to tell you about the 5 dollar charge. Time to cancel my membership!!!
Convenient and nicely located at The Grove Plaza. A signature gym club next to Chase Bank, Publix, Dentist, Cleaner, Spas, restaurants and plenty of options do to.
