The actual work was great so if that is the only interest then feel free to ignore the rest. I dropped off the phone at opening,10 am I was quoted 12:06 on the receipt for a screen repair, which is pretty reasonable for a google repair. However the staff informed me it would more likely be closer to 12:30. I was okay with that on the premise someone else could pick it up for me but the phone wasn't ready at that time either so I had to have a different friend pick it up much later. It was an inconvenience to say the least as I had to work the whole day without it. The wait wasn't the real issue, I'm very reasonable but I wish I had been told a realistic time frame instead of playing the\is it ready yet?\ game for hours.

I brought in my Nintendo switch joy cons and pro controller to fix the dreaded analog stick drift. They were able to reduce the drift by cleaning them and helped prolong the life of my equipment. They were super helpful, friendly, and very informative of the issue. They also gave me resources to contact about replacements if the issue continued as analog stick drift is a chronic problem of the Switch joy cons. I will definitely be contacting them again for any tech related repairs I may need.
I took my Samsung Gear Sport smart watch to UbreakIfix Windermere this week as the heart rate monitor glass needed to be reattached. Taylor was very helpful! Went in in the afternoon with a broken switch controller. In less than an hour, he called with the issue and let me know that a repair would be more expensive than a replacement, and had looked up where to get a replacement and the price. I had a new controller and my switch back same day. Have used UBreakiFix before and will continue to keep using them!
