So, the two stars are because I’ve been here before and had a good experience and the overall pedicure part wasn’t bad this time, however the water to soak was very cold and I mentioned that, but he’d ready filled it so much the hot water addition didn’t do anything so I soaked in cold water and it’s freezing outside. As seen in the photo though this time the nail polish was horribly applied and is already chipping. I also got a regular manicure, and there’s no lotioning or anything other than just literally cutting your nails and painting them. And, that nail polish is chipping already, too. (I don’t like gel or anything as I already have weak nails, so. Also, I am leaving this review next day.) I feel really bad leaving this review, but I felt like I was bother more than relaxing.

I got a gel manicure. After 8 days one finger popped right off, and then the rest peeled right off that day. These usually last three weeks for me! And never peel so easily! It was also really lumpy, thick, and the glitter was uneven on each finger. The man also cut me multiple times, once quite painfully, when he cut the cuticles.
Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer. I received a full acrylic replacement set, I felt it wasnt rushed, wasnt rough on my nails, and the attention to detail was on point.

Always very friendly, takes consideration about what you prefer. They remember when you come in and make sure to make you feel welcome. In addition, my nails look great and my 9-year-old's gel manicure is still going strong after 3 weeks!
