Decent prices on appliances and lawn furniture, as compared to home depot. The biggest negative was trying to use my Military Discount. According to customer service, the consumer MUST create an account with Lowes directly online and submit personally identifying information. This will 100% stop me from returning to this store. Terrible design structure and way too intrusive into the customers personal life. I would not recommend this service to any veteran as you must submit multiple forms of military identification, before even being approved. The other issue was trying to find the right department to speak too. I had a question about a washer and dryer and I was transferred 6 times before speaking to an individual that could actually understand my question. Overall, mostly a pretty negative experience.

Been wanting to make a butcher block desk for a long time, they sell good size unfinished blocks. Decided to pull the trigger. The guy in the paint department was super helpful, I explained I have never finished anything before and he went step by step the process and make sure I got what I needed. Thank you.

I was given the wrong refrigerator, got Black instead of stainless, they over charged me for it and I had go back to get my refund. after getting it unpacked the units freezer door was damage under the wrapping. dealing with customer service is worst then dealing with a spoiled child. Now I have been waiting for a door replacement. On top of all that snobby help from incompetent employees who would rather stand around and talk on their cell phones then to take care of customers. 4 people standing around took three of them to sell and ring up one refrigerator. Not even an apology dealing with the whole issue to date. I could go on with trying to get a replacement fix from the completely incompetent contractors they hire who call you at 7:10 Am with no prior appointment after working the night shift to tell you they will be there in 20 minutes. but I'm sure you get my point already. After all the aggravation I decided to take the loss and just live with it. at this point it's just no longer worth spending one more second of my life on this clown circus.

I can always find what I need to make a repair or build a project. This time it was a new plug for my air fryer. Saved a 200 machine with a 4 plug in replacement. Easy peasy!

Terrible service! Asked for help putting together material for a pressure tank we bought earlier and found everything myself in 20 minutes before anyone arrived and no one ever showed up! Thank Lowes! Expected though from big box chains........
