TriStone Africa SA, incorporated in Switzerland, is an investment and advisory company affiliated with TriStone Partners Ltd, which since 1998 has been advising some of Europe’s largest multinational groups on acquisitions, divestments, Greenfield projects development, primarily but not exclusively in the energy, public infrastructure and real estate / construction sectors. The principals of TriStone Partners established TriStone Africa S.A. (“TSA”), in 2013 to commit to the long-term coverage of selected underserved investment and advisory markets of Southern Africa. Through the establishment of its fully owned subsidiary in Windhoek – TriStone Africa (Namibia) (Pty) Ltd. -  TSA ensures locally the same superior execution standards it has delivered its European clients over the last decades. As such, TSA capitalizes on its principals’ 25 years of Corporate and Investment Advisory Services in the markets of Western, Central and Eastern Europe. From its Namibian hub, our team covers the SADC markets, both English speaking (Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe), and Portuguese speaking (Angola and Mozambique). The response from TSA’s clients indicates that we are addressing a genuine need from companies and investors. Whilst being aware that the region is already experiencing major developments in our sectors of excellence: energy, resources, infrastructure, construction and industrial services, our clients could not necessarily justify the costs of maintaining a full time presence in what remain small individual markets. Seizing such opportunities as they arise requires local presence, insight and execution capacity, which we pride ourselves in offering our clients.
