We are extremely pleased with the service and the end results from Steven and the team. We have refurbished every element of our house over a nine month period so have worked with plenty of suppliers and Window Republic are one of those that really excelled. - Quotation: Steven was very responsive and proactive when providing the original quote, most other companies just sent a quote via email, whereas Steven phoned up, discussed and advised on what was best for us - Choice: Steven provided options with different types of wood, different styles etc. which meant we were able to understand what choices / compromises to make to get this on budget - Quality of products: We viewed a few prior installations before placing our order as well as those from other suppliers and the quality and aesthetic of the windows was great compared to others we viewed. One issue we had with new sash windows in an old property is that they can look a bit "fake" or out of keeping. Window Republic were able provide the benefits of new windows with the aesthetics of old style sashes. Post installation we have not been disappointed - the quality is great and our neighbours have been asking where we got them from - Installation: Due to the tight build schedule we had done a lot of decorating before installing the windows. We were worried that the installers would damage the decoration but they were extremely careful and considerate. They were also very quick and not disruptive - Service: We were able to pick up the phone at any point to Steven or the team and get a quick personal service which was great We would definitely recommend Window Republic - they were a pleasure to work with.
