Working with Marie was phenomenal and has been the best experience I’ve had when it comes to dealing with anything related to real estate. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful and you can tell she truly cares that you get what you need. She worked with me and understood my needs both financially and vision wise when it came to staging my home to sell it and also when I wanted to furnish one of my rental properties. The house sold within days to the very first interested person and my rental property found tenants almost immediately. She thought of details I never would have considered when it came to thinking about appealing to potential buyers and renters and I think this is what made the difference. If you are apprehensive about using a stager (as I was at the beginning), rest assured you will absolutely not be disappointed with Marie’s work as she will exceed your expectations. She exceeded my expectations which is why she is the only one I now consult with for everything. It was so worth it and I strongly recommend her services.

I was referred by a friend of mine who recently had her home staged by 3rs Home Staging. She spoke highly about Marie’s services, which got me thinking about using her services as well. The space in my living room area was big, cluttered and boring. I had no clue about what to do with it. I contacted her and we discussed about different decor options. I wanted to de-clutter and create a warm and more appealing space for my family & guests. Marie did a great job and exceeded my expectations. I really love the fact that she understood my needs and was quick to respond. More than anything we had fun shopping for the furniture together. She was friendly, efficient and very professional. I was definitely impressed!
Be very careful that she shows you exactly what she plans to use. She flipped through pictures very quickly on her phone of some furniture pieces, and we just assumed she knew how to present a house... when she came to our home, the colours, sizes, and styles were way off. It hid our beautiful home rather than showed it off! We asked her to take the stuff back, and she charged us for four hours of consultation - even though it was only one hour, and it was merely moving furniture. If you have an ordinary, vacant house she might be okay, but avoid if you’re house is anything else! Edit: My review stands, after the comments made below. It is extremely unprofessional to share details of my private home and contract on this public forum. I could give details as to the specifics problems with this encounter, and I will if asked, however as I said above, just use caution.
