I had the company come out to clean grout. Was told it would last a MINIMUM of 6 years. Looked amazing once it was done but it barely lasted 6 months before looking like it did before they came in to clean it. Paid over a 1000 dollars thinking it would be worth it with the “guarantee” turns out it was an expensive way to learn not to just trust someone’s word.

5 stars!!! OMG are these guys amazing. My house looks like new! They cleaned all my tile grout in my home and fixed up the colour of the grout in some areas! The workers that came were so professional and worked hard! I’m a clean freak and give these guys A. Best money spent this spring! Don’t look further...this is the company to hire! Thank you Nu-Look. I would not recommend! Had my shower grout dyed, was told it would last a "minimum 5yrs" and has barely lasted 5mths before starting to come off leaving a residue on my tile and drain that is very difficult to remove. To date, all calls have gone unanswered, messages have been left and not returned. Leads me to believe they do not care to check on or back up their work. Signed, Unhappy homeowner!
