THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I'm not sure if you are aware of my situation with your company but I am highly and utterly disappointed of your customer service. The staff has not been responding to my email or coming up with a reasonable solution to my problem. This has been going on since NOVEMBER. In short, I purchased Medi-dan dandruff shampoo (1 LITRE) from ABSOLUTE BEAUTY SOURCE store and noticed that it was taking over a month to receive anything. I had to call the company (instead of being informed) that, that product was simply not in stock and the Mahdeen factory did not formulate the shampoo yet. Since I have severe psorisis they offered me the Cynos shampoo which hasn't been working and more so psoriasis is coming back. I emailed the staffone week after receiving the product explaining my situation and this was her response back. Hi Rosa, We understand that it is no fault of your own that the product replacement is not performing well for you. I did speak with Giselle and we are waiting to hear back from Mahdeen to see if they at least have an approximation as to when Medi-Dan will become available. Give me until tomorrow to get back to you with a resolution. Thank you, Aleksandra That was JANUARY 21 - NOW IT IS FEB 3. I emailed her a time in between asking her if there was any updates and what solution we can come up with. NO RESPONSE. I would like my full refund back as this is terrible customer service,if you dont have a product available why would it be available on your website?
