We are relatively new to Allstate (within 5 years) and I couldn't be happier to have made the switch after 30 years with another company. Working with Lynn has been amazing . Lynn's professionalism and wonderful personality, made our insurance experience a easy and painless process. This is our 4th insured car with All State, our second of three adult children purchasing their first car. What I like most about Lynn was her ability to explain the policy to them at a level they could understand and a level we were comfortable with, as parents. Lynn had everything ready for us upon arrival and she gave us her undivided attention. There was no rushing and she made every attempt to explain things to my very excited daughter. We are so pleased to have Lynn as our agent with Allstate. Thanks Lynn for all your help in making our experience a positive one.
Had a great first meeting with Lynn at the Windsor Allstate offices. She was helpful, efficient, talkative, funny and pleasant! The only blip was a bit of a wait at the printer - not her fault at all, but that was something that did slow our meeting down a bit. Thanks Lynn!
Lynn was terrific to deal with. Lynn helped my wife and I all over the phone and our email to set up our new house and car insurance as we do not yet live in the area. We look forward to a long relationship with Lynn and Allstate. Lynn truly is involved in her clients lives and definitely goes to the end for them as we can attest too.
We decided to look into another insurance companies due to an increase in rates. We got Lynn's phone number from another client of hers. When I called her I was greeted wonderfully. I honestly felt we had been clients of hers for awhile when infact we just met. I told her our situation and she was quick to offer assistance. Within an hour I had a phone call back from her with our quote and the next day we were getting things started. We were very please with our service and it's nice to have an actual person to talk to and not have to call a 1-800 number and get random people. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for insurance
