Fantastic experience especially with Julie of Allstate! It was closing on a Wed Night 6p and I hadn't received a binder from another associate just yet, tech issues likely on my end however Julie was there late, did not rush me at all and re-sent the binder! Definitely not many associates out there that do that especially when it's that close to closing! Because of her I was able to drop off the 2016 Corvette to the new customer from out of town, Niagara Falls! Excellent Service! Can't say enough how impressed I was with the callbacks and staying after hours to help out! Really appreciated!

Make sure you get all details from the agent. They hide exclusions in the coverage on things that should be covered and don't give you what you asked for. When you ask for full coverage you should expect that one of the main things that could happen would be covered! The agent knew what I wanted but still didn't tell me that they excluded something that should have been covered. Unethical and unprofessional! DO NOT TRUST ALLSTATE!
