I went 20 minutes before closing and was looking for a specific brand of men’s fragrance and they didn’t have it but the women kept on giving me different ones to smell. I liked one and she told me she’ll give it to me for 120 but she charged me 129.99 instead. I made sure I tell her that it’s not for me and she kept on telling me that it’s the last one they have and it will sell within 20 minutes if I don’t get it. After I purchased it, the smell settled on my wrist and wanted to return it. I went next day in the morning and spoke with the CEO and Founder which was there the night before and saw me. She would not give me a refund and was rude and short with me. She said “no one forced you to buy it” and that she can’t change the company policy. She definitely should have made an exception to keep a customer happy and I left with a store credit of 146 that I’m probably never going to use. And the same fragrance was stocked up on the shelf fully! When I asked, the owner said, “we restocked today”. Ya right! They restocked overnight on Christmas Eve! Bunch of liars, if you ask me! Not worth your money, there are many other fragrance stores that treat their customers much better.
