Best pizza in Windsor hands down. We are regulars here - tried most of the pizzas and drinks, some of the appetizers, and some of the desserts. My favourite is the Rustico. Be aware the dine in and take out menu are different. Good service

If we order pizza, this is the location we use. After the customer service we recieved today, we will not be back. I placed a pre order last night for a pick up order today at 530pm, figured I should get ahead of the rush. We ordered just over 70 worth of food. The salad we ordered didn't come with any dressing. I gave the store a call to let them know, the response was \come get some\ (and let our other food get cold?) Or take a credit. I asked how much is the credit and she responded \4 to cover the dressing\. Wow, a 4 credit to eat a DRY 10 SALAD........ When I asked to speak with the manager I was told he is busy, they are swamped. Obviously they should of had all hands on deck tonight and should of limited their orders if they couldn't handle it I was told the manager would call me back. Haven't recieved a call. Now I know how much they care about the customer experience, we will no longer be ordering from this location. Completely unacceptable. We did our part in ordering early, and picking up. It's really too bad Armando's Riverside couldn't take responsibility for their part.

I took my boyfrirnd out for his Birthday dinner last night. I chose this restaurant and location because it is always consistent. The food is always hot, delicious, and portions are plentiful. Its difficult working in the heat and with a mask. This team of servers were working great together. Our servers name was Erin. She was extremely respectful, made us feel so comfortable. Highly recommend

Nice little place on the river. Looked to be cozy inside and has a small little bar as well. Our preference was outside along the marina. Nice chicken parm dinner and salad was a nice appetizer included . Service was attentive, polite and friendly Will be back again.

I have given them many opportunities and have always made excuses with my guest on ordering from your restaurant, but enough is enough. Why put a time on your online order if you cannot follow it. I understand that things happen and being late 5 to 10 minutes is manageable but 35 minutes?? Not acceptable. Maybe you should call your clients if you cannot deliver by a certain time. I can understand if the order came in at the last minute but all my online orders have been placed way before you even open. Also why put a special instruction section on the order form if you will not follow it. Very disappointed and I have had enough.
