After a long lockdown, hubby and I decided to make a visit to Ashley's Store! We had the chance to brows the store in private and look around! When we decided on the bedroom furniture that we were interested in we were greeted by a kind and well informed salesperson Justin! He took ample of time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions. We had the option to mix and match as well! Justin spent well over one hour with us providing advice, personal experience, and professionally explaining everything that we had questions to relating to our needs. Justin made the whole shopping and decision experience for us very easy, it made us feel relaxed and we were very happy and pleased with the choice we made! Ashley store is amazing, with wonderful furniture and great quality. To conclude the quality and selection that the Ashley store offers, having a well informed and kind salesman (Justin) makes it all worthwhile! My husband and I were very happy, with the price, selection, sales, and options available, we returned a few hours after our first purchase, and made another purchase a dining room table set! Which we also had the privilege of Justin helping us out! If anyone is looking for furniture for any room. We highly recommended Ashley’s! Ask for Justin! Much thanks to the Ashley store and Justin for making our experience worthwhile! All things considered! Suzanne!

The sales people were great in taking care of my needs. They listened to what I needed and delivered as promised. They were friendly and courteous. I recommend Ashley furniture. An addition to my review above. I changed my original order due to finding another deal and had to cancel my order but Michael and Samantha my sales team went above and beyond to make a deal with me to keep my business. I can’t thank them and Ashley home furniture for going the distance with me to get me what I needed. Customer service goes a long way in my book and because of their hard work and patience I placed my order with them for that reason alone. Six stars in my book.

Sorry had to change my review, Customer care was terrible and now the store managers are no longer touching base with me or following up with the defected sectional. I posted photos several times which I see are being removed. I furnished my entire 7000 sf home from online stores from my bedrooms down to my dining room. The one time I decide to support a local brick and mortar store I get screwed bad. I would not recommend buying from here. Buy online I am saddened I have to make such a review but I must make customers aware of what they are getting into. I have emails sent with only 2 replies and nothing else.
