DR. CHRIS DE GUZMAN was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything and he was great with my 2 kids encouraging them to ask questions and explained everything to them as they were adults. Kelly helped us choosing our glasses and she was amazing as well. She has been working in the field for 10 years and was very helpful in helping us find the right frames, she let us take our time and made sure we were happy with our choice. I would highly recommend Bellemore Optometry.

My wife and I didn’t know we had to have an appointment and drove into Windsor from Amherstburg. The staff was very understanding and helpful. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us both pick out the perfect frames. We would recommend making an appointment but the staff here is super friendly and go out of there way to help during these uncertain times. The office was organized keeping staff and patients safe !! Stay safe
worst place can't find it they have one lil sign in the back in a shoppes parking lot :S then wasted my time i walked 4km well should have been 3 but couldn't find the dame place then when all is said an done i get there and they tell me they don't deal with my insurance like could u not have done this over the phone all in all very unprofessional and considering there are 4 other places surrounding it save ur time money and effort and go to one of those gonna try hakim myself
They made me feel at home, I had a very pleasant experience. Staff are welcoming, doc is superb 10/10 for me.
Rude - both her and staff. Switched to Dr. Boutros at Vespa Vision in Tecumseh. MUCH better experience. Remember that you aren't 'stuck' with a bad optometrist (unlike a bad family doctor which are so hard to come by here). There are many GOOD optometrists that are happy to have you as a patient and will treat you well. Don't waste your time, energy and effort going to an eye doctor who's staff treats you badly!
