Do not have anything good to say about these guys. Purchased a washing machine at the store, HAD to pay the mandatory 80 delivery fee even though we wanted to pick it up..we were given a time frame of 9 am- 9pm for delivery. Day before, they called with a 3 hr time frame which they couldn't commit to and pushed my delivery even later in the day. Finally shows up .....DENTED!!!! As usual, third party delivery company showed up. No tools and left garbage in the front yard Offered a small Best Buy gift card to 'make up' for the dented appliance. Will never walk into this store again, needless to say

The store looks amazing, great selection of electronics specifically computers and accessories. Also home theatre systems, TVs, gaming systems and cell phones. Great place for the latest and greatest technology
We bought all of our appliances from this location for our new Home from the assistant store manager Geo. We ordered them last August and unfortunately due to covid there were some delays that were out of Best Buy’s control, however Geo provided some of the absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He single handedly made the whole experience so smooth and stress free, we can’t thank him enough. They had the best prices by far compared to any other place we looked at and we shopped around a lot. He always answered me immediately whenever I emailed him and did everything in his power to ensure that we were in the loop on what was going on and made sure that our appliances came as soon as they possibly could. I really can’t say enough about how great our experience here was, especially in a day and age where it seems customer service is falling by the wayside. I will 100% be back to the store to deal with Geo for all my future purchases, and you should too!
Really the best electronics store out there... The boxing day offers were quite good... I went there to buy a new laptop and was really confused, the expert there really helped me pick the right one. Overall i recommend this store to everyone.
